音声合成に関するモデルを音声合成モジュール下へ移動するリファクタリングを提案します。
ParseKanaBadRequestは API でのみ利用されていることから router へ移動した。ParseKanaErrorはエンジン内部のみで利用されていることから関連機能モジュールへ移動した。関連 Issue
