Minutes:

• @Mesbah-Alam gives update on systemtest makefile cleanup/simplification (related: Modernize system test native makefile scripts  aqa-systemtest#413)
• @sophia-guo updates on Smoke test for build PR (Add Smoke Tests ci-jenkins-pipelines#86) which is ready, and waiting on Add metadata version to java.vendor.version temurin-build#2544 to be reviewed and merged
• No significant news in EF transition related to AQAvit repos (asked about state of remaining CQs, all good, just waiting on IP team to complete their initial review on the openjdk-tests repo)
• Update on Jenkins server upgrade which had significant issues. Summary of it can be found in the #infrastructure Slack channel. Related to AQAvit is that additional restrictions on who can run/configure Grinder jobs (Only test-core, test-triage and canosp_w21 Github teams can run Grinders, test-core can configure them). Anyone who is missed by not being in these teams should contact Shelley.
