PR Overview

Thanks to contributions from community, Sentinel team merged 10 pull requests in the repository last week. They are:

• Automatically de-duplicate rules when loading rules (#571)
• Add occupy mechanism for future buckets of sliding window to support "prioritized requests" (#568)
• netty-http revert the default port of console.server and add unit test (#567)
• Refactor Node interface: change return type of QPS get method to double (#564)
• Upgrade apollo-client to 1.3.0 version & Add to unsubscribe config change event (#562)
• Dashboard: fix a request mapping issue of removing machines api (#559)
• Add Sentinel Spring WebFlux adapter module (#556)
• Save total inbound traffic in metric file (#555)
• [Dashboard] Add interface about authentication/authorization (#503)
• Apply p3c pmd plugin/rules and fix/ignore all violations of priority 1 (#574)
