This PR implements:

  • QPFixedBaseInverseKinematics and the associated python bindings
  • Improve the documentation of the QPInverseKinematics
  • Allow using the iDynTree swig bindings in QPFixedBaseTSID for the kindyncomputation object 85dc4fe

This PR closes #598
