Bug, feature request, or proposal:

Have the possibility to add class name for the overlay pan using the DialogConfig

What is the expected behavior?

What is the current behavior?

What are the steps to reproduce?

Providing a Plunker (or similar) is the best way to get the team to see your issue.
Plunker template: https://goo.gl/DlHd6U

What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?

We would be able to target the overlay pane with specific styling.

Which versions of Angular, Material, OS, browsers are affected?

Is there anything else we should know?

Has this functionality been added? and if so is there any documentation as to how to accomplish this?

panelClass is listed in the docs but nowhere to be found in the source. Assuming just not yet implemented?

@MatthewTrout panelClass exists on master but hasn't yet been released. The docs were just prematurely published (#4961 (comment))
