Motivation

We would like to support RESP3 even though we know RESP2 won't be abandoned in a short time.
To achieve this, we need to support new types in RESP3 and enable RESP3 in the HELLO command:

• Allow to enable RESP3 in the HELLO command
• Implement RESP3 set type for the set data structure #2024
• Implement the RESP3 boolean type #1991
• Implement the RESP3 null for the nil string and array #2017
• Add the support of RESP3 map type #2028
• Add RESP3 big number #2034
• Add the support of RESP3 double type #2053
• Add support of RESP3 attribute type #2088
• Add support of RESP3 verbatim string #2102
• Add support of RESP3 in Lua #2119
• Add support of lua function 'redis.setresp()' #2130
