Web Standards 2.0

We need to bring asulib_barrio up to par with Web Standards 2.0
This is due by Oct 1, 2021

Remaining tasks:

• text should be limited to in width - Item page - paragraphs (all p tags, plus certain fields divs like notes and description) should be set to a max-width 75 ch, backup of 700px
• section spacing - Item pages between the background sections - like between top and details, details and citation, etc (check on complex objects pages with the view)
• section spacing - Collection pages between about and latest additions
• section spacing - Search - between matching collections and matching items - this one should be the double because of the gray background
• Bold weight is too heavy - should be 700 not 900 https://keep.lib.asu.edu/about/copyright
• search box - should have placeholder text (Search KEEP/Search PRISM)
• search box - add aria-label on the search button in the header
• homepages - add padding around search box and button on mobile
• Facet expand/collapse should use the chevron icon (fa-chevron-**)
• collections page - Collection thumbnails need borders
• pagination - follow UDS pagination
