I think it could be time to also remove me @rphair. I might still show up to help with review & al but that's not something that requires being an editor anyway. I've been far less active this year and even though I've tried to come back and fulfill my CIP editor duties on several occasions, I must admit I've not been terribly successful at it 😅 ... You guys are doing too good of a job so much so that I don't feel to be needed here anymore in my capacity of editor. |

Although we will keep writing CIPs, I don't see myself having time to commit to reviewing other CIPs for now as we have a lot of existing commitments at dcSpark/Paima that take up my time If you ever need me for something, you can schedule something on my calendar anytime. However, if something is just mentioned in Discord, the chance I see it is near 0% because I get too many messages per day in too many places to ever see it |

Removes @SebastienGllmt as suggested 28 August on the CIP Discord's editor channel — without dispute as yet — after long period of inactivity.
BTW we are due for some CIP-0001 updates and in a soon-coming PR I'm going to suggest we add a small section Emeritus editors as they have in EIP-1, with all (4) past CIP editors listed: since so far there are no retired editors who haven't significantly contributed to the work we have on file today.
