⚠️ Note
The RDS module change means that the RDS proxy is now optional. As a result, a migration file has been added to the module so that on upgrade, all proxy resources will be migrated. There should be no changes to infrastructure, but the Terraform plan/apply operations will show the RDS proxy resources being moved in the Terraform state to their new indexed resource keys.
