Problem

In sdk there is a pattern of adding "must" naming prefixes to functions that directly panic, making it more easy to spot panics when reading code. There are spots in the ICS repo that we don't follow this pattern. For getters and setters this pattern is prob not appropriate.

Closing criteria

Change methods in ICS that do not abide by the must prefix naming convention that contain panics. Excluding getters and setters.

This isn't neccessary imo and was originally a suggestion from a PR comment, seems bikesheddy
