Description

Adds METHOD.md in docs directory which answers questions like

  • main motivation and concepts to used to create the framework
  • your biggest influences in writing it (maybe some references to books, articlest etc)
  • what tradeoff you had to make
  • what do you think is missing with this approach (compared to other approaches)
  • what you feel is the main benefit of the framework
  • how to improve it in the future (ignore code related stuff, focus on concepts)
  • other things you find important

More docs and especially improvements to code comments and such to come, but this is a good milestone for this particular piece of documentation.

* Modify `OnChanOpenTry` application callback to perform app version negotitation (cosmos#646)

* remove NegotiateAppVersion and AppVersion gRPC (cosmos#643)

The NegotiateAppVersion callback has been removed from the IBC Application interface.
The gRPC AppVersion has been removed.
The app version negoitation will be handled by applications by returning the version in OnChanOpenTry.
