Drag and drop classes appear to be missing in both the dom and html libraries.

The ElementEvents interface includes drag, dragEnd, drop, etc, and dragStart and dragEnd actually fire, but there's no DragEvent or DataTransfer interface, so you can't write a complete drag and drop operation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

On webkit the DragEvent interface is essentially merged into MouseEvent. The dataTransfer property can be found on MouseEvent and is of type Clipboard which is equivalent to the DataTransfer type.

I was able to make a functioning drag/drop sample in Dartium with the existing APIs and have changes in progress to make this work on Firefox and IE.
