Good to backport for inclusion in v1.3.x patch release

Hi, has this fixed been released to PyPi. When I tried pip install dbt-core==1.3.0 and then dbt deps , I still got the same issue.

@minhnhat992 We inclued this fix in a patch release:

pip install dbt-core==1.3.3
