Added ability to configure custom (local) repository for installation #40

The current code assumes the use of Cloudera's Zookeeper rpm packages. This PR adds the option to specify a custom repository from which to install. This allows using local repositories, using your own rpms if so desired.

Thanks, I refactored the code a bit and added some specs. Let me know if there is some problem.
