Bug reporting guide

Please follow the steps below when reporting a bug

1. First check if the issue persists with the same version of RAS in a new firefox profile

2. If you issue is resolved it is likely one of your other addons or your settings causing the issue.

3. If the issue is not resolved search the existing issues to see if someone else reported it

4. If it is not already reported make a new issue. Be specific in the title.

   • RAS is not working (bad)
   • RAS 0.9.5.3 option X is not working on site Y (Good)

5. In the issue body, add the following

   • The version number of RAS ( and where you installed it from github or AMO)
   • How you installed it (Upgrade or fresh install)
   • Your operating system and version
   • Your version of firefox
   • The addons you have installed
   • Steps to reproduce your issue.
     • E.g Enable option x then go to site y and z will occur

6. If you have followed the above, I will get back to you when I have time and try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
