@dotnet/aspire-admin @dotnet/source-build-internal I noticed that the VerifyVersionFile test is failing in this PR. The failure is due to a mismatch in the version string:

Expected: "9.0.100-rtm.24522.1" Actual: "9.0.100"

Could you please investigate this issue? Thanks!

@marcpopMSFT I will merge this because it is a known issue: dotnet/source-build#4682.
