alpha04

The next alpha release of EDAM-bioimaging, alpha04.

Further improvements in the Operation and Topic sub-ontologies (beta quality): added links to Wikipedia and to other ontologies, added some definitions and comments, added some missing concepts, clean-up of hierarchy and misleading concepts.
(The Format sub-ontology and partially Data are still very alpha.)
