Move To Final: EIP-4910 -> A failing non-required but only because inline HTML is not wanted by the md linter. However, there is no other way to make requirements externally referenceable. Please, approve [PR[(https://github.com/ethereum/EIPs/pull/6843) for 4910 to be merged (open for 2 months).

Mover to Draft: Please, merge PR for L2 Token List and EVM-based Address Aliasing -> Same issue as for 4910 with a non-required test in the MD linter about inline HTML (Open for 3.5 months)
