I'm a generalist data scientist/software engineer with a background in engineering & applied science. I use GitHub primarily to host personal projects that I've made for fun over the years and to bookmark repositories that I think are neat. (Some of my past work involving medical imaging is also published to GitHub under the STTARR organization.)
- plasma-cell-detection: Convolutional neural network inference & web application code associated with the paper Deep learning accurately quantifies plasma cell percentages on CD138-stained bone marrow samples (2022).
- gaitkeeper: An attempt to create a gait (walk) authentication model and inference using smartphone sensors, developed as part of the Insight Data Science Fellowship.
- codenames-ai: Leveraging large language models to play the board game Codenames, demonstrating how they can integrate into a larger software project and reasoning about model evaluation (and being fun!).
