Feat

  • add repo-read-only flag to enable read or write on lotus repo (#250)
  • allow application name to be passed in postgres connection url (#243)
  • limit history indexer by height (#234)

Fix

  • Remove hack to RestartOnFailure
  • Reorder migrations after merging latest master (#248)
