Update Data Protection and Survey Communication Consent

Description

The FINOS Open Source Readiness SIG has agreed the following Data Protection and Survey Communication Consent for OSMM

• OSMM Data Protection and Survey Communication Consent finos/open-source-readiness#68

OSMM Updates

• Can the OSMM privacy policy dialog box at the beginning of the survey be enabled and updated with the terms found in the following GitHub issue.
  • OSMM Data Protection and Survey Communication Consent finos/open-source-readiness#68
• Can the OSMM be updated so people need to opt into the policy above before being able to take the survey.
• Can the entire block of text below be removed where it is found in the site.

Nice to Have

• Can a link to the terms be added to the footer of the site.
  • The terms can sit in an MD file on the OSMM project repo if needed.

https://survey.osmm.finos.org/admin/ is now running LS version 5.4.11+221114 - the procedure that @maoo followed is described on https://github.com/finos-labs/osmm/blob/main/docs/admin/environment-setup.md#upgrading-limesurvey-to-the-latest-version

Please reply to this thread if you encounter any issues.

Issue Fixed in PR #25

Hi @padmalava - I have added Company Name to the privacy statement due to this being a text value that can be inputted into the OSMM and could contain any value by the user. Can this be added to the privacy statement too.

• This data includes your first name, last name, email address and company name.
