Data Protection and Survey Communication Consent

By completing and submitting this public survey located at FINOS OSMM you, [end user], understand that the information you include will be submitted to FINOS OSMM for processing as follows:

This survey collects information including personal information in order to provide an industrial view of financial services open source maturity. OSMM survey data is collected and shared with the end user who completed the survey, and with FINOS, the Administrator and owner of the survey data. This data includes your first name, last name, email address and company name. Personal information requested by the OSMM survey can be omitted by end users of the survey where survey data is saved as a draft for future completion. Draft surveys are retrieved through a unique URL supplied to the end user by the OSMM for final completion later.

Once completed, It is important to remember to download survey results within five (5) minutes of final survey completion, as final surveys are not available for the end user to retrieve at a later date.

Survey results could be used anonymously by FINOS for industry research purposes and OSMM reporting with FINOS Platinum and Gold members. These results will be aggregated and will not include any bank identifiers or personal information. The information collected is stored in an encrypted database hosted by FINOS and subject to FinTech Open Source Foundation (FINOS) Privacy Policy.
