Heartsucker

Sorting out client deps. Story for adding dependencies is cumbersome. Every dep is pinned via Pipfile; when we want to update a single dep, we have to make sure that transitive dependencies are updated. Aiming to improve workflow.

• I got this pgp journalist decrypt working in dev env on xenial, and posted a comment for the next intrepid python-gnupg spelunker https://github.com/isislovecruft/python-gnupg/issues/137#issuecomment-459043779

Today:

• gotta test (since there are some postinst changes to securedrop-app-code) in trusty/xenial staging
• if I get done... then flipping back over to the securedrop source interface failure to submit large files bug since kevin had a suuuuper good find yesterday re: the secure tempfile

• req timeout module was causing requests to fail. changed settings, larger file uploads intermittently working -- but >250MB again failing. if module disabled, those requests continued indefinitely (unsuccessfully).

• Reviewed https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop/pull/4089
• Created the PR https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop/pull/4090 to bring back Firefox 46 in xenial.
• Attended IFF community meeting for Localization Lab. Most probably I will do a session at the Localization Lab summit on 31st March about SecureDrop and discuss pain points for l10n folks and how can we improve the situation.
