Description

Per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/machine-learning/concept-workspace#what-happened-to-enterprise-edition, the enterprise edition of an Azure Machine Learning Workspace is being retired as all of the features are in the basic edition and all Azure Machine Learning Workspaces should have been converted on 2020/12/21.
