Change description

Temporarily removing sandbox CDN verify records to allow CDN resource replacement (testing CDN sku change) which is currently blocked by existing DNS records.

Records will be added back after resource removal.

ok will give a go.

Feature registered for subscription and still unable to delete CDN custom domain.
Also tested in a private subscription and only works for Front Door (and likely as Cdn is outside the Microsoft.Network namespace).
