This does a few things to make it easier for users to navigate as well as make it easier to know where to place documentation when adding new bundles to this repository: * Adds a table of contents section that links to each heading * Sorts the bundles alphabetically * Fixes the heading levels to be consistent for each bundle Signed-off-by: Shawn Wilsher <[email protected]>
