Group_assign and Boardcustomizer compact-layout

some changes to Group_assign and Boardcustomizer to support a compact layout mode, bigboard also has some changes that are already in place. Compact layout is enabled using this new version of Boardcustomizer.

@creecros Do you confirm that your plugin "group_assign" is now maintained by @Jieiku ?

I did not formally ask them. However I seen a recent post by them that they no longer have the time to maintain their plugins: https://kanboard.discourse.group/t/creecros-plugins/2074 (I just made a post here too in the hopes they see me there)

I would also be fine with being a maintainer on their repository, I thought I asked about that but I was confusing it with the Boardcustomizer plugin that I recently became a maintainer of.

This pull request creecros/Group_assign#65 has been open for about 6 weeks with no response, I think they are just far too busy. Hopefully you will get a response.

If they do add me as a maintainer I will push to this once more using their github repo instead of mine.
