   Added `tf.SparseTensor` support for ops:
   - add
   - concatenate
   - maximum
   - minimum
   - multiply
   - subtract
   
   Added `tf.SparseTensor` support for merging layers:
   - Add
   - Average
   - Concatenate
   - Maximum
   - Minimum
   - Multiply
   - Subtract
   
   Note that the `Dot` merging layer will be addressed in a separate PR.
