Used ffmpeg to obtain correct video file duration.
Refactored input checking to be cleaner and correctly handle multi-input hotkeys correctly.

This should solve the bookmark timing issue from #29 by reading recorded video durations from the file as well as fully refactoring the hotkey system to use a low level keyboard hook.
