PR Summary

• Added Mock Connection Support for Development
  We've added a new feature in the system to support mock connections while doing development and testing work. This allows the team to simulate network interactions without the need for a real connection unless we're in a production setting.

• Updated Supported Wallets for Mock Connection
  This PR also includes a conditional addition of supported wallets for the mock connection set-up. This means that the emulated system connections are only possible for specific wallets while in non-production settings, thus providing more controlled testing environments.

• Cleaned Up Unused Comments in Code
  We enhanced the readability of our codebase by removing a non-essential comment in one of our hook files that binds certain functionalities on the browser window when our webpage is loaded.
