Related PR: matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk#838

  • restyles the Unknown Devices dialog (reusing the MemberDeviceInfo component so it looks consistent)
  • open said dialog when clicking the e2e warning icon in the room header
  • makes message e2e icons clickable again, opening the message e2e dialog like before
  • adds context menu option to see message e2e dialog (because verified messages don't have a padlock anymore)
  • fixes top offset for e2e message icons in compact layout
  • only show e2e member icon in encrypted rooms
