Steps to reproduce

used Task Manager to kill all powertoys which are running.
Tried running as regular user - settings will not load
Tried running as Admin - settings will not load
Report a Bug ZIP file attached

THe Settings Dialog window to open

Nothing

from logs: BuildNumber: 19045 which should be 22h2 so this is a up-to-date build.

the event log does show crashing but unsure why.

New computer; New Windows, but our IT department has now locked it down so that I can only have temporary administrative rights (primarily to install software).
I have attempted various install options with and continue to get the app crashing. From the Windows Event Viewer.
