I'm hitting this too, for some reason I was getting constant crashes when opening File Explorer and MSFS2020 was crashing on launch. Everything was fine a few days ago.

Stumbled on this issue, uninstalled PowerToys, and the problems went away.

I'm getting this as well. Just uninstalled the MS Store version and reinstalled the Git version 0.80.1, but it's still happening. Mine opens with a black window which hovers for a sec and then crashes if I use the taskbar context menu. If I double click it will open PT, but if I try to move the window it crashes. I can interact with it if I don't try to move it, but then it will crash by itself after about a minute. After crashing a few times FancyZones will show the layout overlay as though I was attempting to switch the layout, but it wont go away and I have to force quit it using the keyboard as it's blocking all mouse interaction. Running Windows 11 23H2 build: 22631.3447

@travislrogers @neilenns Reinstall your graphics card driver. The Windows auto-update feature overwrites that your manual install version.

Same here.
Driver reinstallation doesn't help

If all PowerToys modules unloaded from Explorer, it doesn't crash.
The solution: if only PowerToys crashes, then reinstall your windows and replace your NVIDIA GPU with AMD one is obvious, though unacceptable.
