Did you mean with v0.79? If not, can you please test with v0.79? Can you also please send us a /bugreport after reproducing the issue with v0.80? |
Yes, it was v0.79 (typo error) that I reinstalled to get the problem to go away. Will get back with you when I can get some time to “reinstall v0.80 reboot” to reproduce the issue and see if I can get access to the taskbar PowerToys icon “Report bug” option to generate the requested zip file to send then do the fallback to v0.79 reboot. Thanks,Wm Dale FulkSent from my iPhoneOn Apr 7, 2024, at 9:55 AM, Jaime Bernardo ***@***.***> wrote:

Reinstalled v0.80 the installer reported completed, but PowerToys crashed with "AppCrash_PowerToys.Setting" before getting the "Welcome to PowerToys - What's new" window. Attached below is the Bug Report zip file. |

FYI, was able to install v0.80.1-x64 successfully without receiving issue#32288 failure before getting the Power Toys Welcome popup window. Issue#32288 should be able to be closed. Thanks,Wm Dale FulkSent from my iPhoneOn Apr 10, 2024, at 9:40 PM, ***@***.*** wrote:Send the /bugreport after reproducing the issue with v0.80 to the website Issue#32288 post.Wm Dale FulkSent from my iPhoneOn Apr 7, 2024, at 9:55 AM, Jaime Bernardo ***@***.***> wrote:

Steps to reproduce
Tried to use PowerToys taskbar Icon to open up PowerToys settings window after completing the install of v0.80 w/reboot.
Uninstall/reinstall of v0.80 did not correct the issue. FYI going back to v0.70 corrected the issue.
