Steps to reproduce

Tried to use PowerToys taskbar Icon to open up PowerToys settings window after completing the install of v0.80 w/reboot.
Uninstall/reinstall of v0.80 did not correct the issue. FYI going back to v0.70 corrected the issue.

By uninstalling v0.80 and reinstalling v0.70 the problem went away.

Did you mean with v0.79? If not, can you please test with v0.79?

Can you also please send us a /bugreport after reproducing the issue with v0.80?

Reinstalled v0.80 the installer reported completed, but PowerToys crashed with "AppCrash_PowerToys.Setting" before getting the "Welcome to PowerToys - What's new" window. Attached below is the Bug Report zip file.
