Moving Chrome tab leaves fancy zone hints up after tab has been moved

Environment

Windows 10: Version 10.0.19002 Build 19002
Chrome: Version 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce

• Open two chrome windows
• Open 2nd tab on 1 of the chrome windows
• Drag tab from one window into the other window

Expected behavior

Fancy zones 'hints' disappear after tab is moved to other window

Actual behavior

Fancy zone 'hints' (blue boxes) stay open until PowerToys is forcibly restarted.

@enricogior Not 100% of the time, but like 70% of the time. It just happened to me now trying to test it, and I also noticed that when I tried to @ you (type "@" enricogior) the blue area kept flashing and I wasnt able to type "@" until I force close PowerToys

Guys,, this fix makes it significantly worse for me. Most of the time I open a new chrome or edge (chromium-based) browser window, it's blank and unusable, I've reverted to the previous release

Do you have Move newly created windows to their last known zone fancy zone setting on?

Simplified repro steps: start dragging a Chome tab, press and release the shift key until the tab is restored back to its original position.
