Explanation:

• < triggers a list of open and close tag completions. /div was one of them with filterText: "</div>.
• In the past, after typing <div>, auto tag closing (editor.insertSnippet) kicks in and closes suggest widget.
• After changes in Automatic insertion of parens doesn't interact nicely with completions, results in duplicated characters #26012, editor.insertSnippet no longer closes suggest.
• The fix is to remove > from the filterText, so when you explicitly type out a tag with closing > such as <div>, the auto completion is automatically filtered out.
