Description of the new feature / enhancement

Since we YamlCreate users have started adding ReleaseDate, ReleaseNotes and ReleaseNotesUrl this becomes a issue of wrong Metadata when wingetcreate users update the Manifest, for example microsoft/winget-pkgs#47583

Proposed technical implementation details

Either clear the Fields so someone can come along and add the correct metadata later or find a way to get the correct metadata
And/Or make a optional prompt for the metadata.
