Detect Python library name #88

In order to improve the process of searching for the Python shared library, first try to determine the Python library name. In some cases this will have a postfix letter (i.e. m), which we may not know in advance. We determine what the library name is by asking the Python interpreter about it. Once we have determined the library name and know the path, we pass this on to standard CMake routines to fill out the rest.

Something funky happens with this on Mac. We have a local fix that we will include in a subsequent PR.

Edit: Added PR ( #89 ), which addresses this.
