• JE is working on adding Python 3 testing to Travis

4. Review of NEST User Mailing List 2016 and 2017
   • Andreas Schulz, STDP dopamine -> PW will handle this
   • Alban Bornet, PyNN: creating a NEST specific connectivity rule in PyNN leads to complications when porting the rule to other simulators and circumvents the original use case of PyNN? HEP will contact AD
5. Review of open Github Pull Request
   • #595, #584, #582 closed, since they should be addressed by #604; can be reopened if problems persist after merging #604
   • MS will review #590
6. Review of open Github Issues
   • #606: SM has new proposal for neuron model for NEST; will present it in more detail in one of the NEST meetings
   • #583: TF will create a sample implementation, to check feasibility of proposal; HEP will check master thesis of his student
