     • numpy doc-string guidelines as a basis
     • PEP-257: use tripple-double-quotes
     • fixed names for sections
     • example scripts with author names?
       • Author and contributors in git history
       • names can appear in Author magic in file
     • ReStructureText as standard markup language for math, references, ...
       • most documentation currently in SLI docs in C++ files
       • model documentation will move up towards python / NESTML
       • Breathe can probably include C++ docs in Sphinx
     • Bibliography style
   • next step convert one example to new format, then create an issue with T:discussion.
