Upgrade to Nextcloud 14 beta 2 fails #10517

As the title states, upgrade from Nextcloud 13.0.5 to Nextcloud 14 beta 2 fails with the error message:

InvalidArgumentException: Index name "oc_mail_collected_addresses"."mail_collected_addr_userid_index" is too long.
Update failed

I used updater.phar. The full upgrade log can be seen here:

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #10495 (14 Beta 2), #10410 (Nextcloud 14 Beta 2), #6757 (Nextcloud Upgrade 11.0.2 to 11.0.3 not possible), #6410 (Nextcloud 11 - Upgrade to 12 failed - ), and #4908 (Problem upgrading NextCloud).
