Read this other way around 🤦‍♂️


If `pauseOnConnect` is set to `true`, then the socket associated with each
incoming connection will be paused, and no data will be read from its handle.

@jasnell might have an idea how it is best to ref the RFC?

I was thinking about the page hash, but it opens a doc with the wrong section in the top which also may be confusing.
