I marked this PR "breaking change" because I changed the format of the multihost kstat output somewhat, rather than just putting the new fields at the end. I think is unlikely to affect anyone adversely since the feature itself is quite new anyway, and the old format was not very useful for monitoring since it did not provide the error field. |

After an MMP write completes, update the relevant mmp_history entry
with the time between submission and completion, and the error
status of the write.
Where duration = gethrtime_in_done_fn - gethrtime_at_submission, and
error = zio->io_error.
Motivation and Context
Before this patch, the mmp_history entries record attempts to perform MMP writes. However MMP is only effective if some of those writes succeed, so troubleshooting requires knowledge of success or failure.
The mmp_delay value gives indirect insight into the time taken for writes to complete, but it is easier to understand why mmp_delay is changing if the duration of the write is known.
How Has This Been Tested?
Manual testing using zinject. Failures were injected with -e io and the error value reported was confirmed to be 5, EIO. Delays were injected using -D and the duration reported matched the injected value.
