* [NCL-8302] Build Finder cannot find signed binaries in Brew

* Fix formatting

* Fix the match of localarchives inside the build zero; fixes after reviews

* Add some javadocs and explanations of the various steps; fixes after reviews; refactoring to remove some duplicated code; removal of unnecessary cleanup method after the local archives of build zero match was fixed

* Fix the issue of not finding RPMs

* Remove trash

* Remove more trash
