We have already used
com.azure:azure-core-http-vertxin extensionazure-app-configurationand it can also be used in extensionazure-storage-blob. The PR is to adopt this method and then remove internal extensionquarkus-azure-http-client-vertxas its functionality has already been covered bycom.azure:azure-core-http-vertx.The PR also removes some unnecessary dependencies in
