Native not index method with SSE and throw NoSuchMethodException

Describe the bug

When build native, method handle get request throw error NoSuchMethodException. This happening only with reactive version of quarkus-resteasy not sure which one causing it. Tried same code with non-reactive package and working as expected.

Expected behavior

Not throw error but expected output.

How to Reproduce?

1. git clone -b sse-native-method-404 [email protected]:jedla97/quarkus-reproducers.git
2. cd quarkus-reproducers
3. mvn clean package -Dquarkus.platform.version=3.5.1 -Dnative
4. Start Quarkus ./target/quarkus-reproducers-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT-runner
5. Go to http://127.0.0.1:8080/sse/client

After this error appear.

You can see error also in response.

@geoand looks like ResteasyReactiveResourceInfo uses reflection. Are we registering the REST resources method for reflection?

which should invoke methods() in order to register updates for reflection. The registration was originally added by @FroMage in 03833f8#diff-4816ed1f36211e410643f8c4ffe21e5dca287b7dbbc09cecff69332931bf1e3dR270-R272

@FroMage do you have any more insight on why methods where not needed to be registered back then?

Resolves the issue, but I would like someone more familiar with the code to judge whether we still need both fields and methods, or whether we need anything more/less registered.
