Submitted PR ( #5527 ) to change how tmp paths are handled. Maybe that addresses the issue here? |

Wheels are failing due to Cython 3 conflicts. We'll defer on this and not tackle it in the 23.08 release. We can re-open if/when this is needed again, after hdbscan settles a bit from its recent string of releases. |
