This is an update to correct for the places where the Oxford
comma is not used.

Thanks @Havvy for all the feedback on this. I am looking forward to digging in to other issues if/when we have this resolved! If you had time, I'd love some suggestions on where to look for opportunities.

💟 Thanks for going through the back and forth on this. The open issues list has quite a few things worth checking out, though many require doing research into how the language works. Feel free to work on anything you want.
