Reset terminal attributes before quitting #18

multirust-rs does not reset terminal attributes before quitting, resulting in the terminal attributes "bleeding out" into the shell environment.

Example:

It did initially, but the "reset()" method of the term crate had no effect. This may be just a windows bug with term, so I'll add it back and look into why it doesn't work there.
