Issue description
(mapDblClick) binding on the map object is not firing on an actual double-click

Steps to reproduce and a minimal demo of the problem
Try using a (mapDblClick) event binding in

Current behavior
No event is fired

Expected/desired behavior
An event should be fired ;)

angular2 & angular-google-maps version
0.17.0
